All Homeowners of the Felgates Woods Homeowners Association are invited to attend the upcoming Board of Directors meeting and Community Picnic, Saturday, June 25, 2022, at 12:30 PM. The meeting and Picnic will be held at the Felgates Woods Playground and Pavilion.

Special & Annual Meeting of the Members Dates:
The Annual Meeting of the Association and the Special Meeting to amend the governing documents was held on October 26, 2020. Quorum was not met, however, there were 3 additional homeowners in attendance in addition to the board members. At that time the current board members appointed two new homeowners to the board to fill the vacant seats: Gwendolyn VanBuren and Rositsa (Rosie) Ivanova. An organizational meeting to determine board positions was conducted at the 11/30/20 meeting.
The current Board of Directors follows and they will remain in office until the next Annual Meeting in 2021.
